Docking Bay 94 has always been built on relationships. We reserve comics specifically for our customers because we want them to have confidence that the books they love will always be waiting for them.

Our goal is to continue offering that level of service for many years to come.

To do that, our subscription program must be good for both our customers and the store.

Our Philosophy

We are not changing our policies because we trust our customers less.

We are updating our subscription service because the comic industry has changed.

Today, most distributor invoices are due much sooner than they were years ago. Every subscription book is purchased specifically for an individual customer, which means the store must pay for those books whether they have been picked up or not.

Keeping subscriptions current allows us to continue offering personalized pull lists, special orders, subscriber discounts, and outstanding customer service.

Member Responsibilities

To keep your subscription active, we simply ask that you:

• Pick up your books or pay your invoice at least once every 30 days.

• Contact us if you will be away or need additional time.

Account Status

Active

Your subscription is current.

Books continue to be ordered automatically.

Subscriber benefits remain active.

Reminder

If approximately 30 days have passed since your last pickup or payment, we will send a friendly reminder.

Courtesy Contact

If additional time passes, we may contact you personally to check in and make sure everything is okay.

Inactive

If we are unable to reach you and your account remains unpaid beyond our pickup period, your subscription will become inactive.

This simply means we will temporarily stop ordering additional books until your current balance has been picked up or paid.

Your subscription can be reactivated at any time by bringing your account current.
